Returning To Seattle Isn't High On Holmgren's List
ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting that Seattle isn't high on Mike Holmgren's list of likely destinations.
"So what I'm hearing is Seattle would be down Holmgren's list for Prez/GM job. New mountain to club - think SF, TB, Cleve...'Skins longshot," Mortensen wrote on his Twitter page.

A source told ESPN's Adam Schefter that the rib caused bleeding in one of Jones' lungs.

Jones spent the night in the hospital.
Seahawks Have No Interest In LJ
The Seahawks are content with the performance of running back Julius Jones.
Seattle coach Jim Mora said Monday that the team will not consider adding Larry Johnson, who was released by the Chiefs.
"No," Mora said. "Julius has now had two pretty good weeks in a row."
Jones hasn't rushed for more than 100 yards in a game since Week 1, but Mora is very happy with his progress.
"He's starting to pick up the scheme," he said. "He's seeing things much better. I think he's understanding where the cut's going to be much better. I feel like he's gaining more yards after contact than he was earlier in the year."
Seahawks Likely To Part Ways With Branch

Mora Threatens Shake Up In Seattle
Seahawks coach Jim Mora isn't happy with the team's performance this season.
Seattle is 2-5 and Mora is set to shake things up.

If that means I've got to fire people, I'm going to fire people,' " quarterback Matt Hasselbeck said. "We've definitely been put on notice that the scrutiny is going to go up."
