Denver Now Getting Fifth-Round Pick For Lloyd

May 30, 2014 5:55 AM

Brandon Lloyd caught his 30th pass as a member of the Rams on Sunday, meaning the Broncos will now receive a higher pick for the wide receiver. When Denver traded Lloyd to St. Louis it was for a sixth-round pick that would become a fifth-rounder if Lloyd totaled 30 receptions.

Bradford Says He's 'Beyond Frustrated'

Oct 16, 2014 11:27 PM

The Rams dropped to 2-8 following a loss to the Seahawks on Sunday, guaranteeing them of their eighth consecutive non-winning season. "I'm beyond frustrated right now," quarterback Sam Bradford said. "I've never been a part of a team that has been in this situation. I don't like it. I hope it's the only time in my career that I'm ever in a situation like this. I do know this: I know with six games left I am going to continue to work as hard as I can and do everything I can to help this team win. I'm not going to quit." The Rams have scored only 10 offensive touchdowns in 10 games. "I feel like we always have a great game plan in the red zone," Bradford said. "Today, we just didn't get down there. There's been other games where got down there and failed to execute. We have enough talent to score. It's just a matter of executing our stuff."

Bradford: Rams Aren't Concentrating

Jul 13, 2014 5:32 AM

Rams quarterback Sam Bradford believes mental letdowns are to blame for the team's lack of offensive production. He once thought it might have been new offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels' system, but not now. "At this point, I think to use that as an excuse or reason for our struggles, I don't think that's right," Bradford said. "As much as I hate to say that, I think it's a lack of concentration once we get down there. Some of the mistakes that we do make down there, there's no reason for them, and we've got to find a way to eliminate those." St. Louis and Seattle are tied for the fewest trips inside the 20 at 18 apiece and the Rams are last in the NFC with seven red zone touchdowns.
