No quarterback has been on the cover since Madden '11 when Drew Brees featured.

Richard Sherman was on the cover last year.

The Arizona Cardinals have exercised their 2016 option on Michael Floyd, but they're willing to listen to trade offers.

Floyd caught 47 passes for 841 yards and six touchdowns last season, numbers that were down from his 66-catch, 1,054-yard sophomore season. 

Floyd was a first round pick in 2012.
