Tennessee rookie receiver Brandon Jones sprained his right knee and went down to the grass as he was trying to turn back for a pass just before halftime Sunday.
San Francisco cornerback Shawntae Spencer picked off the pass intended for Jones and ran 61 yards for a touchdown with 27 seconds left in the second quarter.
Jones had sprained the same knee last month and missed a game. He was able to walk off by himself, but went straight to the locker room. He was not on the sideline at the start of the third quarter, and a team spokesman said Jones sprained his right knee, with his return questionable.

Titans May Be Forced To Lose McNair Or Volek
Titans coach Jeff Fisher indicated the team expects to keep quarterback Steve McNair next year, but only after he renegotiates a $50-million bonus.
If they keep McNair, they might not be able to keep backup Billy Volek, who wants a chance to start and probably would force a trade.
Eddie George Wants To Return To NFL, Phone Is Silent
He's a running back with more than 10,000 yards on his resume, yet Eddie George can't even get a phone call these days.
"It's mind-boggling to me,'' George said last week. "It is almost as if I have been blackballed or something to a degree. I am asking for a workout, not a contract. I just want an opportunity.
"Did I tick somebody off? Or did something happen that I cannot even get a look? I can't explain it.''
Yet if this is the end ? something George is not willing to concede ? he said it's not how he will remember his NFL career and hopes it's not how Titans fans will remember him either.
