Vinny Curry has agreed upon a three-year, $27 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Curry was released on Friday by the Eagles. Curry was due to make $9 million in 2018. The team also explored trade options before the release.
Curry's deal with the Buccaneers contains an $11.5 million injury guarantee.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will sign Beau Allen away from the Philadelphia Eagles.
Allen was expected to leave the Eagles after they added defensive lineman Haloti Ngata on Tuesday.
Mike Evans and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed upon a five-year, $82.5 million contract extension.
Evans will receive $55 million in guaranteed money.
Evans is now under contract with the Buccaneers through 2023.
In four NFL seasons, Evans has had at least 1,000 yards receiving in every season. Evans' career season came in 2016 when he had 1,321 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to terms on a one-year contract.
Fitzpatrick stepped in and started three games last season when Jameis Winston was injured. The Buccaneers won two of those contests.
"At this point in my career, I'm not gonna be given or gifted a chance to start anywhere probably," Fitzpatrick said. "There's a lot of things that weigh into [the decision to play] now that maybe didn't years ago, in terms of family and different situations. I enjoyed the year that I had here."
