Three weeks into the season and more than five months after the draft, Richie Incognito became the last player picked to sign when he agreed Thursday to a four-year contract with the St. Louis Rams.
ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports that the four-year contract is worth about $1.9 million and includes a $549,000 signing bonus. St. Louis also guaranteed the base salary for the first year of the contract.
The offensive guard was the second of the Rams' two third-round picks, and the 81st overall pick. Incognito had a kneecap injury at the time of the draft, and coach Mike Martz said then he would have been a first-rounder otherwise.

Steven Jackson Bothered By A Rib Injury
St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson missed the start of the second half Sunday with a rib injury.
X-rays indicated no breaks. Jackson was back on the sideline and in uniform midway through the third quarter, but the team said his return was questionable.
Jackson had 32 yards on seven carries in the first half.
The Rams were without wide receiver Isaac Bruce, who sustained a turf toe injury near the end of the half.
Packers Send CB Johnson To Rams For LB Thomas
The Green Bay Packers traded cornerback Chris Johnson to the St. Louis Rams for linebacker Robert Thomas on Saturday.
We thought St. Louis was a team that was strong and deep at linebacker," Packers general manager Ted Thompson said. "He runs to the ball. He's active. I wouldn't want to put a timetable on it (becoming a starter) but he's been a starter."
