Steelers Signing Keanu Neal To Two-Year Deal

The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to sign safety Keanu Neal to a two-year deal, according to his agent.

Neal was a first-round pick of the Atlanta Falcons in 2016. He's since played for the Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The San Francisco 49ers have acquired Zane Gonzalez in a trade with the Carolina Panthers.

In exchange for the kicker, the 49ers agreed to a conditional swap of late-round picks in the 2025 NFL draft with the Panthers.

San Francisco is likely to move on from longtime kicker Robbie Gould this offseason. Gould was one of the Niners' first free agent signings after Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch took over in 2017. He made 87.5% of his field goals and all 21 of his postseason field goals in six seasons with the 49ers.

Tony Pollard Signs $10.091M Franchise Tag With Cowboys

Tony Pollard has signed his franchise tag with the Dallas Cowboys worth $10.091 million. Pollard and the Cowboys have until July 17th to negotiate a long-term deal.

The Cowboys parted ways with Ezekiel Elliott this offseason as Pollard has emerged as the more effective running back.

In 2022, Pollard rushed 193 times for 1,007 yards and nine touchdowns to go with another 39 receptions for 371 yards and three touchdowns.

Adam Thielen will help fill the void of a veteran wide receiver the Carolina Panthers lost when they included DJ Moore in a trade with the Chicago Bears for the first pick of the NFL draft.

The Panthers announced Sunday they reached a deal with Thielen. The deal is for three years, a league source told ESPN.

Orlando Brown Jr. and the Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to a four-year, $64 million deal with a signing bonus of over $31 million.

The Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets were among other teams that showed interest in Brown.

If Brown continues to play left tackle, that means former first-round pick Jonah Williams will likely need to find a new position. Williams, who had his fifth-year option picked up last season, has been the team's primary starter on the left side of the offensive line since he was drafted in 2019.

The Atlanta Falcons have agreed to sign Taylor Heinicke to a two-year contract worth up to $20 million, according to sources.

A report states that Heinicke is expected to enter camp as the backup to Desmond Ridder, who started the final four games of his rookie season in 2022.

Heinicke was born in the Atlanta suburb of Lawrenceville and starred at Collins High School in Suwanee, Georgia.

The Chicago Bears have agreed to a three-year, $19.5 million deal with T.J. Edwards, according to a report.

The linebacker will receive $12 million in guaranteed money.

Edwards has played the last four seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles.

He had 159 tackles, two sacks, and a fumble recovery this past regular season and he had 13 more tackles in the postseason.
