Titans coach Jeff Fisher says that quarterback Vince Young will have to earn his starting job back from Kerry Collins.
"Vince is in a situation now where he will have to do everything he possibly can to earn his job back," Fisher said. "That starts with the offseason commitment."
Tennessee re-signed Collins to a two-year, $15 million deal with $8.5 million guaranteed and he's coming back as the starter.

Titans Remain Interested In Holt
Torry Holt visited the Jaguars on Thursday, but the Titans remain interested in the free-agent wide receiver.
"Torry is in contact with all the teams that have interest," agent Kennard McGuire told The City Paper. "He is taking one visit at a time."
Jacksonville was Holt's first visit, but isn't expected to be his last.
LenDale White Drops More Weight
Titans running back LenDale White has reportedly dropped even more weight off his once-hefty frame.
He reported to the team's conditioning camp twenty pounds lighter than he did last offseason. White is listed at 235 pounds on the team's website.
Two years ago his weight was near 270 pounds at the start of the off-season program.
Ramsey Deciding Between Patriots And Titans
Former Broncos backup quarterback Patrick Ramsey is reportedly trying to decide whether to sign with the Patriots or Titans.
Holt Won't Sign Anywhere In Near Future
Wide receiver Torry Holt, who was released by the Rams last week, won't be signing with another team in the near future because he's reportedly out of the country on vacation.
The Titans are one of several teams interested in Holt, who had 64 catches for the 2-14 Rams in 2008.
Titans Seek Tampering Evidence Against Redskins
The Titans are interested in pursuing tampering charges against the Redskins, who agreed to terms with defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth just a few hours into the NFL's free agent signing period.
There was speculation that Washington would sign Haynesworth to a $100 million contract long before free agency began.
There have been reports of a meeting between Redskins owner Daniel Snyder and agent Chad Speck at the NFL Combine, which began on Feb. 16.
NFL rules prohibit teams from contacting agents for players still under contract, but such cases can be hard to prove.
QB Young Aims To Reclaim Starting Job
Quarterback Vince Young reportedly intents to work hard this offseason in hopes of reclaiming his starting job from Kerry Collins in Tennessee.
The Titans re-signed Collins to a two-year deal this offseason, an event that only further inspired Young.
"That decision has no bearing on Vince's thinking," agent Major Adams said Wednesday. "He is just trying to get himself together, not worrying about what they are doing with Kerry. That doesn't matter to him.
"Vince is not upset. He is not asking for a trade or anything. He loves the organization, loves [Titans owner] Bud Adams, and he wants to be in Tennessee," Adams added. "But he still wants to play, and is approaching this offseason like he's going to."
Titans Sign WR Washington, DT Haye
The Titans have reached an agreement with free-agent receiver Nate Washington and free-agent defensive tackle Jovan Haye.
Haye received a four-year, $16 million contract.
