Jawaan Taylor has agreed to a four-year, $80 million deal with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The contract carries $60 million in guaranteed money.

The Jacksonville Jaguars used a second-round pick on Taylor in 2019 and he has started every game over the last four seasons.

According to a report, the plan is for Taylor to play left tackle.

Calvin Ridley said he gambled on football during a period when he was depressed and angry and called it "stupid" and the "'worst mistake of his life."

Ridley was reinstated by the NFL this week.

Ridley downloaded a gambling app, deposited $1,500, and bet on NBA and NFL games, including the Falcons.

"I just f---ed up. Period." Ridley wrote. "In a dark moment, I made a stupid mistake. I wasn't trying to cheat the game. That's the thing I want to make clear. At the time, I had been away from the team for about a month. I was still just so depressed and angry, and the days were so long. I was just looking for anything to take my mind off of things and make the day go faster."

The NFL has fully reinstated Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Calvin Ridley from his suspension for violating the league's gambling policy.

Ridley is now eligible to participate in all team activities immediately. He had applied for reinstatement from his indefinite suspension for gambling on NFL games on Feb. 15.

The receiver was suspended for at least the 2022 season on March 7 last year after an investigation found that he bet on NFL games over a five-day stretch in November 2021 while he was away from the Atlanta Falcons. 

The Jaguars traded for Ridley on Nov. 1 -- sending the Falcons a 2023 fifth-round pick and a conditional fourth-round pick in 2024 that could rise as high as a second-round pick if the Jaguars sign Ridley to an extension. 

The Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to use the franchise tag on Evan Engram.

The tight end franchise tag is $11.345 million.

Engram, 28, set career highs in catches (73) and receiving yards (766) to go along with four touchdowns last season.
