The Jaguars reached verbal commitments with eighteen undrafted rookies on Sunday night, and they are expected to sign the players by this coming weekend's mini-camp.

Britton: Teams Will Pay For Passing On Me
Offensive tackle Eben Britton was projected by many to be a first rounder, and was "ticked off" when he slipped into the second round.
"I couldn't be happier than to be picked by the Jacksonville Jaguars but I was [ticked] off," Britton said of lasting until the 39th pick. "There isn't a better organization that I could have asked for, but every team that passed on me will regret it for the rest of the history of their franchise."
Britton added that he has been underestimated his entire life.
"I was always told I wasn't big enough, fast enough to play," Britton said. "Well, the chip just got a little bigger and somebody's going to pay.
"I want to lead the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Super Bowl and I want to become the greatest tackle in the history of the NFL."
Jaguars Listening To Offers For 8th Pick
The Jaguars are listening to offers for the 8th overall pick in this weekend's NFL draft as they look to save money.
Jacksonville has nine picks in the draft, including two in the first 39 selections.
"We've talked to almost every team about all of our picks. Gene and [coach] Jack Del Rio have stressed we're going to be flexible to listen to what anyone has to say to us at every spot, not just the first pick. A lot of people have expressed interest in our picks, and we're definitely listening," director of player personnel Terry McDonough said.
Police Find Crack, Pot In Jimmy Smith's Car
A Florida Highway Patrol officer found crack cocaine and marijuana in the car of ex-Jaguars receiver Jimmy Smith on Wednesday afternoon.
Smith was pulled over in Jacksonville for excessive window tint on his Mercedes Benz.
He faces multiple drug charges, plus a charge of driving with a suspended license. He was being held at the Duval County Jail with no bond set.
Jaguars' Walker Will Give No. 81 To Holt
Jaguars receiver Mike Walker will change his number to 11, allowing Torry Holt to wear the No. 81 he made famous with the Rams.
No money was exchanged in the move, as Walker had been looking to wear his old college number for quite some time.

Torry Holt has agreed to a three-year deal with the Jaguars that could be worth as much as $20 million, according to a source.
Holt, 32, agreed to a creative contract that grows financially based on the way he plays.
The deal calls for three years with base salaries totaling $13 million, and the first year of the contract is guaranteed.

The Jaguars are nearing a deal with free agent wide receiver Torry Holt, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
Holt was released by the Rams on March 13; he was due a $1.25 million roster bonus on the 17th.

Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew believes that the team went above-and-beyond what he was looking for in a new contract.
The team signed Jones-Drew to a four-year, $31-million deal with $17.5 million guaranteed on Wednesday.
"The Jaguars really didn't have to do this," said Jones-Drew. "Obviously, they wanted to. They felt that way about me, and I'm very thankful for that. [The extension is] not going to change anything. I still love the game. I'm going to play the same way I've played."
