Jacksonville has signed Sean Considine to a contract, making him the second Philadelphia safety to leave to team in a matter of hours.
Considine was a fourth round pick in the 2005 NFL Draft.

Garrard On Taylor: It's A Tough Pill To Swallow
Jaguars quarterback David Garrard says that dealing with the recent release of running back Fred Taylor has been difficult.
"Just sadness. This is a business and everyone understands that, but when a guy like Fred Taylor, integral part of your team, your organization, the community, it's tough, a tough pill to swallow. You know it's going to happen for everybody, it's just that when it does happen it's just tough to deal with sometimes," Garrard told Mike Dempsey of WJXL.
Jaguars To Give Jones-Drew Starter's Money?
The Jaguars released Fred Taylor on Monday, giving sole possession of the starting job to running back Maurice Jones-Drew.
Coach Jack Del Rio has said that Greg Jones will get some touches each game, and Jacksonville could lock Jones-Drew up to a lucrative, long-term deal.
"He's certainly a player we want here in the future," general manager Gene Smith said. "He's obviously a younger Fred Taylor."
Jones-Drew is in the final year of his rookie contract and is due to make the league minimum for four-year players of $535,000.

The Jacksonville Jaguars released longtime running back Fred Taylor on Monday.
Taylor was scheduled to make about $6 million next season.
Jaguars Release Porter, Florence
The Jaguars released wide receiver Jerry Porter and cornerback Drayton Florence on Wednesday, two highly-touted free agents from last spring.
Florence received a six-year, $36.1 million contract that included a $3 million signing bonus and $6 million in bonuses and base pay in 2008.
Porter signed a six-year, $30.4 million contract last year, earning $7.5 million in 2008.
"In going through our personnel evaluations and roster analysis, we are making decisions that we believe will help improve our team for the 2009 season and beyond," general manager Gene Smith said.
Report: Harris Headed To Lions
The Lions are reportedly close to hiring former Jaguars executive James "Shack" Harris.
The Detroit Free Press reported Sunday that the Lions called another candidate to tell him they plan to hire Harris.
The Free Press said the deal isn't completed and the team issued a statement saying, "This is a premature report. We have nothing to announce or confirm."
