Colts Unsatisfied With Addai's Production?

Sep 10, 2014 8:11 PM

The Colts are rumored to be unhappy with the production of Joseph Addai, and the presence of rookie Donald Brown has only ignited speculation. Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star wrote on Thursday: "...I also believe they're not totally satisfied with what they're getting out of Addai. He's been nicked up the past couple of years which has limited his availability and productivity. It will be interesting to see how the team handles things if Addai has a nice bounce-back season in '09 and puts together another strong season in 2010."

Harrison Accuser Shot Again, Blames Him Again

Oct 31, 2014 6:28 AM

The man who sued Marvin Harrison, contending that the former Colts wide receiver had shot him last year, was in critical condition Tuesday after being shot seven times in Philadelphia. Dwight Dixon, 33, told officers that he believed that Harrison was behind the latest shooting, according to a Philadelphia police source. According to the source, authorities are investigating whether Harrison, currently a free agent, is linked. "Mr. Dixon told officers on scene that he had a dispute with Marvin Harrison," the source said of Tuesday's shooting. "And Marvin Harrison probably hired someone to do this." Dixon was shot in the arm, chest and stomach while sitting in a rental car Tuesday in North Philadelphia after he had just finished breakfast. Witnesses told police that the gunman, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, white sneakers and blue jeans, was about six-feet tall.

Colts Sell Ad Space On Practice Jerseys

Sep 10, 2014 8:11 PM

The Colts have finalized an agreement to wear an Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance patch on the left shoulder of their practice jerseys. "It's kind of a timely thing this year because they're celebrating their 75th anniversary," Colts senior vice president of sales and marketing Tom Zupancic said. "We really want to build up a lot of equity in the patch because it's the first time it's been offered on a uniform in the NFL. It is groundbreaking." NFL owners voted at league meetings in March to permit sponsors' patches not exceeding 31/2 by 41/2 inches. The league does not allow corporate logos on game jerseys.
