Chuck Pagano has been medically cleared to returns to the Indianapolis Colts' sideline as soon as he is ready.

Pagano is expected to return to the Colts' complex on Monday.

"Medically, I see no reason he cannot come back when he's ready to try and come back," Dr. Larry Cripe said. "Coach has done a great job with this, and I trust him."

Pagano has not coached the Colts since Sept. 23.

Gary Kubiak and the Houston Texans will play Andrew Luck for the first time on Sunday.

“The thing about this guy, it reminds me a lot of [Steelers quarterback] Ben Roethlisberger,” Kubiak said. “From a standpoint of even when you get there, he’s hard to tackle.”

“I can’t say enough how good a quarterback he is and how good a future he has,” Wade Phillips said. “They were 12 points behind Detroit with four minutes left in the game. It wasn’t all passing, it was him scrambling making plays.”

Cam Cameron has been fired as offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens.

Quarterbacks coach Jim Caldwell will assume duties as offensive coordinator.

Caldwell mentored Peyton Manning during his time with the Colts, but he has never been an offensive play caller.

Sources say there were at least three teams, possibly more, that intended to draft Russell Wilson shortly after the Seattle Seahawks selected him with the 75th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

The Eagles would have picked Wilson at No. 88, the pick they used on Nick Foles.

The Colts would have selected Wilson to become Andrew Luck's backup at 92nd. T.Y. Hilton was picked at that point by Indianapolis.

The Redskins also would have picked Wilson at 102nd overall and instead went with Kirk Cousins. Cousins is the backup to Robert Griffin III.
