Texans running back Arian Foster, who led the NFL is rushing last season, has undergone arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, according to a report. The procedure was deemed "minor" and Foster was walking afterwards. Foster rushed for 1,616 yards in his first full season starting for the Texans.

The Texans have waived safety Eugene Wilson, in addition to four other players. Wilson, receiver Andre Davis, linebacker Darnell Bing, linebacker Isiah Greenhouse and defensive tackle DeMario Pressley were released on Friday. Wilson, 30, an eight-year veteran who played cornerback at New England before switching positions with the Texans, started on a defense that ranked 30th overall and 32nd against the pass.

The Eagles, Texans and Vikings are all in pursuit of CFL defensive end Phillip Hunt, according to a number of sources. Hunt, 25, worked out for the Texans on Dec. 28, Browns (Dec. 16), Vikings (Dec. 18), Patriots (Dec. 20) and Eagles (Dec. 14).
