The Oakland Raiders and Khalil Mack have not held contract talks since February.

Mack enters the final year of his rookie contract, with a fifth-year option salary of $13.846 million. 

Jon Gruden has seemingly gotten off on the wrong foot with his relationship with Mack.

Jon Gruden and Khalil Mack haven't spoken since Gruden was hired as the new head coach of the Oakland Raiders, according to a report.

The Raiders hired Gruden in January.

Gruden recently said the team is "going to find a way to get Khalil Mack back" into the fold after Mack skipped the offseason program. The defender is seeking a new contract.

The cost for personal seat licenses for premium club seating at the Raiders' Las Vegas stadium will be between $20,000 and $75,000 apiece.

A team representative confirmed the pricing Wednesday.

The licenses are agreements that enable fans to buy season tickets. Under the pricing, the Raiders would generate at least $160 million in revenue based on the estimated 8,000 club seats and "VVIP club seats" available.

The Oakland Raiders are aiming for Bruce Irvin to best last year's career-high of eight sacks.

Paul Guenther, the team's new defensive coordinator, wants to see Irvin reach double-digits.

"I knew he was a really gifted rusher," Guenther said. "Just coming here, I thought his best assets for us was to go forward rather than go backwards. He's done a good job with what we're asking him to do in the base fronts.

"Obviously, we know what he can do as a pass-rusher. Hopefully, we can get him over a double-digit [sack] mark this year. That's the goal for him."
