Dolphins Content With Ryan Fitzpatick Rather Than Adding Free Agent

Mar 4, 2020 9:02 AM

The Miami Dolphins are expected to add a quarterback this offseason, but that might be limited to the NFL Draft.

The team is content with Ryan Fitzpatrick serving as a bridge starter, or veteran presence, to whatever quarterback they end up drafting. That means they'll likely sit out free agency in terms of a signal-caller.

Miami won five games in Fitzpatrick's 13 starts in 2019.
