The Bills placed veteran free safety Troy Vincent on injured reserve with a hamstring injury Wednesday, ending his season in Buffalo.
The Bills defense could be further depleted for Sunday's game at Miami with linebacker Takeo Spikes listed as questionable because of a right hamstring injury.
Spikes and Vincent were both hurt Sunday in the first quarter of Buffalo's season-opening 19-17 loss at New England.
