Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner plans to see an ophthalmologist about lingering post-concussion symptoms.
He missed Arizona's 20-17 loss to Tennessee on Sunday night.
Warner said he's having issues with his eyes, something he hoped would have subsided last week but never did.
He sustained the concussion in the second quarter of Arizona's 21-13 victory at St. Louis and didn't play in the second half of the game.

Leinart Opts To Wear Gloves
Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart has followed in the footsteps of Kurt Warner and opted to wear gloves.
Arizona backup Brian St. Pierre wears gloves as well.
"I figured I'd follow my two fellow teammates," Leinart said. "I like it. I've had a little problem with the grip on the ball in a few games, just being a little slick. I just thought I'd try the glove."
If Leinart plays against the Titans on Sunday, he plans to wear gloves. However, he's not committing to them long-term.
"It's one of those things where you have to be careful not to get used to it because then you never want to take it off," he said. "That's what happened to Kurt."
Warner Practices, Questionable Against Titans
Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner went through a full practice on Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game.
Arizona is set to play Tennessee.
Warner sustained a concussion in last weekend's win over the Rams.
Should Cardinals Start Leinart?
Kurt Warner left Arizona's win over St. Louis last Sunday with a head injury.
He could be cleared for action this weekend, but Kent Somers of the Arizona Central writes that the Cardinals should strongly consider starting Matt Leinart in his place.
Somers writes that doing so would allow Warner to get right while the team gives themselves another chance to see what they have in Leinart, who they drafted with the 10th pick in the 2006 draft.
Boldin Likely To Get Trade Request Granted
Things have been rocky between the Cardinals and wide receiver Anquan Boldin for quite some time.
Arizona is 5-1 this season with Boldin.
John Czarnecki of FOX Sports wrote on Sunday that Boldin will "probably" have his ongoing request granted this offseason.
Warner Leaves Game After Blow To Head
Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner left in the second quarter of Sunday's win over the Rams after taking a blow to the head.
Warner finished the game with 203 yards and two touchdowns before he was replaced by Matt Leinart.
It appeared Warner was hurt by St. Louis safety O.J. Atogwe's high hit on a blitz that drove the quarterback's head into the turf.
Dockett Would Make Cutler Walk Home From S.F.
Darnell Dockett, Arizona's excellent defensive lineman, had an interesting Twitter post while watching Jay Cutler's five interception performance against the 49ers on Thursday.
"If I was on the chicago team "JAY CUTLER" is walking his ass home. In his uniform!" wrote Dockett.
Dockett's teammate Kurt Warner threw five interceptions in Week 8 against the Panthers, but fortunately for Warner it was a home game.
Boldin Has 'Moved On' From Critical Comments
Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin says that he has "moved on" after making critical comments of the team on Sunday.
Boldin said that no one on Arizona's staff was "man enough" to tell him face-to-face that he had been deactivated for Sunday's game against Chicago.
He has 35 catches for 404 yards and a touchdown this season.
Whisenhunt Shrugs Off Boldin's Criticism
Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt wasn't surprised by Anquan Boldin's reaction this weekend.
Boldin was upset when he found out that he was deactivated for Sunday's game against Chicago.
The reciever claimed that no one was "man enough" to tell him of the decision.
Whisenhunt said Boldin's attitude "doesn't concern me at all."
"In fact, that is kind of what you like to see because he wants to play," he said. "I think we all know how tough and how competitive Anquan is. The fact that he was upset that he didn't play is what you would expect. I certainly have no issues with that whatsoever."
Boldin Upset Over Deactivation
Cardinals receiver Anquan Boldin says that no one told him he would be deactivated for Sunday's game against the Bears.
"I'd have probably felt better if somebody would have been man enough and walked up to me and told me what the situation was," Boldin said, "but I had to walk back in the locker room and find all of my stuff gone."
He has been dealing with an injured right ankle.
Coach Ken Whisenhunt said he approached Boldin at the player's locker and told him he wasn't playing.
"I put his name down right before that 10:30 deadline," Whisenhunt said. "I was torn right up until that. He (Boldin) was still out on the field."
