Larry Fitzgerald has restructured his contract with the Cardinals.
Fitzgerald agreed to the restructure last week, which reduced his base salary from $4.6 million to $1.6 million.
The move improves Arizona's cap position, but it isn't known if it will lead to the club fulfilling Anquan Boldin's request for a new deal.

Due to the way he stops and starts and changes direction, he usually loses the toenail on each of his big toes during the season. The nail grows back during the offseason, but Fitzgerald hopes to keep his nails until at least October.
