The Steelers re-signed running back Najeh Davenport on Thursday.
Davenport spent the 2006 and 2007 seasons with Pittsburgh but was released in June.

Cowboys Sign DB Battle, Could Debut Thursday
The Cowboys signed defensive back Tra Battle off San Diego's practice squad Wednesday, and he could play Thursday against the Seahawks.
"It's been like a whirlwind," said Battle. "I'd like to think I am [ready to play]."
With Cowboys' safety and special teamer Patrick Watkins again bothered by a neck injury, Dallas wanted to add some depth.
Lions Sign Henson To Two-Year Contract
The Lions have signed quarterback Drew Henson to a two-year contract, and he will backup Daunte Culpepper this Thursday against the Titans.
He last played in an NFL game in 2004, a start on Thanksgiving for the Cowboys.
"Apparently, I only play on Thanksgivings," Henson joked Monday. "The irony is definitely there."
Dolphins Sign Camarillo To Extension
The Dolphines signed Greg Camarillo to a 3-year deal worth around $6 million, an NFL source said. The deal will keep Camarillo in a Dolphins? uniform through the 2011 season.
Camarillo, a three-year veteran who leads the team with 49 catches for 538 yards, would have been a free agent at season?s end.

Henson Re-Signed To Lions' Practice Squad
Quarterback Drew Henson was re-signed by the Lions on Friday and added to their practice squad.
Detroit cut Henson on Wednesday, replacing him on the roster with Adam Jennings to aid on special teams.
Henson had been signed a month ago to be Detroit's No. 3 quarterback but became expendable with the signing of Daunte Culpepper.
Chargers Sign RB Michael Bennett
The Chargers signed veteran running back Michael Bennett on Wednesday.
Bennett was released by Tampa Bay this week to clear room for Cadillac Williams.
Bennett (5-9, 207), an eighth-year pro, has rushed for 3,627 yards and has a career average of 4.4 yards per carry. He has appeared in 94 games and started 50 during stints with Tampa Bay, Kansas City and Minnesota. With 151 career receptions, Bennett has also proven himself to be a capable receiver out of the backfield.
DeAngelo Hall Signs With Redskins
Less than one day after clearing waivers, cornerback DeAngelo Hall agreed Friday to a one-year contract with the Redskins, according to an Associated Press report.
?He?s excited to be coming home; he?s a Virginia Tech guy,? said his agent Joel Segal.
Rams Sign Samkon Gado
The Rams have signed free agent running back Samkon Gado, who played for both the Texans and Dolphins last season.
Steven Jackson is still hampered by a thigh injury, while Antonio Pittman (hamstring) and Travis Minor (concussion) are injured, as well.
Raiders Sign Fullback Jason Davis
The Raiders have signed fullback Jason Davis after Justin Griffith was placed on the injured reserve with a torn ACL.
Oakland signed Davis from the Bears' practice squad to take Griffith's spot on the 53-man roster. Davis spent the 2006 season on IR with the Philadelphia Eagles.
