The Miami Dolphins have signed cornerback Michael Coe.

Coe previously spent the past three seasons with the Giants.

Karlos Dansby has been playing with a torn biceps muscle over the past three games.

Dansby on Friday broke an unwritten team protocol by revealing the injury.

Dansby has been wearing a brace that allows him to continue playing.

The Tennessee Titans vastly improved their season point differential with a 37-3 victory at the Miami Dolphins.

The Titans had a +17.4 advantage in The Trench Counter, winning the turnover battle 4-0 to greatly offset a yards per play average that was roughly the same as the Dolphins. Tennessee also went 8-for-17 on third down compared to 2-for-13 by the Miami. The Titans had a +8 edge in Total Rushes/Completions.

Chris Johnson carried 23 times for 126 yards and a touchdown.

Jake Locker went just 9-for-21 for 122 yards and two touchdowns.

The Titans also had a 49-yard interception return by Colin McCarthy and three Rob Bironas field goals. 

Ryan Tannehill went 23-for-39 with three interceptions.

The Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals are interested in signing Stanford Routt.

Routt was released by the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday and cleared waivers on Tuesday.

The Indianapolis Colts improved to 5-3 with an important 23-20 win over the Miami Dolphins. Both teams figure to be in the AFC Wildcard chase over the final stretch of the season.

The Colts had a +2.9 advantage in The Trench Counter, with a +7 in first down differential as they went 13-for-19 on third down. The Colts also had a +16 edge in Total Rushes/Completions.

Andrew Luck went 30-for-48 for 433 yards and two touchdowns. Both Donnie Avery and T.Y. Hilton each had over 100 yards receiving.

Vick Ballard rushed 16 times for 60 yards.

Ryan Tannehill went 22-for-38 for 290 yards and a touchdown.
