LeGarrette Blount Out For London Game
Buccaneers running back LeGarrette Blount will not play against the Bears in London on Sunday, according to coach Raheem Morris.
Blount took a hit on his left knee in a Week 5 loss to the 49ers and missed the win over the Saints.
Tampa Bay's Tanard Jackson Reinstated
Buccaneers safety Tanard Jackson, who served a league-imposed suspension for more than one full year, has been reinstated, according to a league source.
Jackson was suspended Sept. 22 of last year for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
The 26-year-old also was suspended for the first four games of the 2009 season for violating the substance abuse policy.

The NFL's 32 team owners will decide Tuesday whether Arizona will host Super Bowl XLIX in 2015.
