NFL Moves Week 13's Lions-Saints To Sunday Night
A change in broadcast networks for the Broncos-Vikings game in Week 13 revealed changes in the way the NFL will broadcast its games.
The NFL on Monday announced that the Lions-Saints game was flexed to the Sunday night spot on NBC.
The Broncos-Vikings game, which originally was on CBS, was switched to Fox at 1 p.m. ET.
Also, the Colts-Patriots game, which was the scheduled Sunday night game on Dec. 4, reverts to 1 p.m. on CBS and the Ravens-Browns game was moved to 4:05 p.m. ET on CBS.
The NFL couldn't leave FOX with only two early games in its doubleheader week, so it took a game from CBS who had eight, according to a league source.
Bradshaw Eyes New Orleans Return
Ahmad Bradshaw missed another practice Thursday and likely won't play Sunday night against the Eagles, but the Giants running back is still aiming for a prime-time return, in New Orleans on November 28.
"I'm comfortable enough to say I'm gonna try to go next week," said Bradshaw, who has missed the past two games with a fractured bone in his foot.
Tracy Porter Hospitalized With Neck Injury
Saints cornerback Tracy Porter injured his neck and was taken to a hospital for observation as a precaution.
Porter was hurt breaking up a pass on the second play from scrimmage of his team's game against Tampa Bay on Sunday.
He lay face down and motionless for several seconds after making a hard, low hit on Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams.
Soon after the collision, Porter was moving both legs briefly before trainers held him still, carefully turned him on his back, removed his face mask and strapped him to a stretcher.
