Joe Burrow is optimistic he'll be on the field for the Cincinnati Bengals when the 2021 season kicks off.

The quarterback had season-ending knee surgery on Dec. 2.

"I think I'll be ready [for Week 1]," Burrow said. "I think it'll be just fine."

The No. 1 overall pick last spring, Burrow needed surgery to repair multiple ligaments in his knee.

The New York Jets have become at least the third team to interview Marvin Lewis for their head coaching position.

Lewis previously interviewed with the Houston Texans and Detroit Lions. 

Lewis was head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals from 2003 until 2018. Lewis was co-defensive coordinator at Arizona State last season.
