Devin Hester has agreed to a three-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons.
Hester was a second round draft pick by the Chicago Bears in 2006 and will turn 32 in November.
In 2013, Hester averaged 27.6 yards per kick return and 14.2 yards per punt return with one touchdown. The Falcons averaged 24.4 yards per kick return and 8.3 yards on punt returns.
Paul Soliai has agreed to a five-year, $33 million deal with the Atlanta Falcons.
Soliai will receive $14 million in guaranteed money and $11 million in 2014.
Soliai was a Pro Bowl defensive tackle in 2011.
Tyson Jackson and Jon Asamoah also have signed with the Falcons.
Jackson's deal is for $25 million over five seasons, according to Ian Rapoport.

Babineaux recorded 49 tackles (37 solo) with one sack, two fumble recoveries, and one forced fumble in 2013.
