Already excelling as a running back and wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons this season, Cordarrelle Patterson is now ready to play on defense.

Patterson, who has rushed for 411 yards and four touchdowns to go along with 500 receiving yards and five scores, is listed as the Falcons' third-string safety heading into Week 13.

"My day is simple," Patterson said when asked about which position meetings he attends. "I just come in and wherever they tell me to go, I go. I'm here just trying to help the team win."

Patterson's play on special teams earned him a spot on the Hall of Fame All-2010s Team.
