Tyreek Hill More Than Halfway To 2,000 Yards Through Eight Games

Oct 30, 2023 9:37 AM

Tyreek Hill is more than halfway to his goal of 2,000 receiving yards this season through eight games.

The Miami Dolphins wide receiver surpassed 1,000 yards in the team's win over the New England Patriots on Sunday.

He's the first player to eclipse the mark this season and the fourth player in NFL history to do so in just eight games.

"It feels great. God is great. I've been calling my shot since I came in this league," Hill said. "A lot of people doubted me, saying I couldn't do this and do that, but it's all about believing in yourself."

At a rate of 126.8 yards per game, Hill is on pace for 2,155 receiving yards this season -- which would set an NFL record and make him the first 2,000-yard receiver in league history.

Patrick Mahomes Becomes Youngest QB To Beat All 31 Other Teams

Oct 9, 2023 8:26 AM

With Sunday's win over the Minnesota Vikings, Patrick Mahomes has now beaten all 31 teams in the NFL, except for his Kansas City Chiefs.

The only other time the Chiefs and Vikings played in the quarterback's career, Mahomes was injured and Matt Moore led Kansas City to a victory.

At age 28, Mahomes is the youngest quarterback to accomplish that feat.

He is one of five quarterbacks who have beaten every team except the one they played on for most or all of their careers -- joining Alex Smith also beat every team but the Chiefs, Ben Roethlisberger beat every team but the Steelers, Russell Wilson has beaten every team but the Seahawks and Aaron Rodgers has beaten every team but the Packers.
