Ben Roethlisberger Becomes First QB With Three 500-Yard Games

Dec 11, 2017 8:43 AM

Ben Roethlisberger threw for more than 500 yards against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night, becoming the first quarterback in NFL history to record three such games.

Drew Brees has two 500-yard performances in his career.

"Hall of Famer, it's as simple as that, and we are lucky he is on our team," Maurkice Pouncey said.

Roethlisberger needed every yard on Sunday as he led the Pittsburgh Steelers to a late come-from-behind win to clinch the AFC North title.

Dez Bryant Sets Cowboys Record For TD Catches

Dec 1, 2017 9:56 AM

Dez Bryant has more touchdown receptions than any player in Dallas Cowboys history.

Bryant set the mark, passing Bob Hayes, with a 13-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter of Thursday's game against the Washington Redskins.

The receiver now has 72 scores in his career.

"Dez was outstanding," Jerry Jones said. "When he fell to us, we certainly felt it was an opportunity for us in the draft. That's not the same Dez that was there when we drafted him ... That's the way to throw the ball to Dez, I'll say that. You give him those kind of opportunities."
