The NFL has suspended Bills DE Anthony Hargrove without pay for all of the next season, after violating the substance abuse policy for a third time.
This is Hargrove's second violation since August 2007, when he was suspended for the Bills' first four games.
A third violation brings an automatic one-year suspension, and Hargrove must apply to Roger Goodell for possible reinstatement.
