Ronnie Brown had a blood alcohol level that was nearly twice the legal limit when he was arrested on a DUI charge in suburban Atlanta over the weekend, according to a police report.
The report, obtained by The Associated Press through an open records request, says Brown failed a field sobriety test and had a blood alcohol level of .158 when given a breath test. The limit to legally drive in Georgia is 0.08.

Sparano Displeased With Miami's Arrests
Dolphins coach Tony Sparano isn't happy with the off-field issues the team has dealt with this offseason.
Miami running back Ronnie Brown became the third player arrested since early February when he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol last weekend in suburban Atlanta.
"I'm obviously not happy with any of this," Sparano said. "That is for sure. I'm absolutely not happy with any of it. Any time any player -- anybody -- brings a negative light to the organization in any way, I'm not happy about it. Those things have been addressed. ...
"A few of the players that have had these issues as of late have been model citizens since I've been there and, really, for a long time in this league. From my end, I do take that into consideration."
Dolphins' Brown Arrested For DUI
Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown was reportedly arrested Friday night near Atlanta on suspicion of driving under the influence and has been released from jail, according to the Miami Herald.
Per the report, Brown was arrested and charged after being pulled over for failing to signal while making a lane change.
According to the Herald, the Dolphins know about the incident.
Henne Would Welcome Owens Or Marshall
Chad Henne hopes the Dolphins can improve at the wide receiver position.
"There's definitely guys out there, like you said," Henne said. "There's T.O. [Terrell Owens]. There's Brandon Marshall. There's guys in the draft. Where we're at, we have a bunch of young guys who are definitely learning and going to be explosive in the next coming year.
"But you need kind of a veteran guy that's really going to take hold of our young guys and teach them the right ways."
Ricky Williams Hires Rosenhaus
Ricky Williams has repeatedly said he expects to retire after the 2010 season.
Williams has retained high-powered agent Drew Rosenhaus, according to the NFL Players Association Web site.

Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne doesn't think Tim Tebow has what it takes to be a quarterback in the NFL.
"My judgment is that he's not an NFL quarterback," Henne told WQAM in Miami regarding Tebow. "I'll leave it at that."
Henne's comments are ironic because Dolphins quarterbacks coach, David Lee, has helped Tebow prepare for the NFL Draft.
