Rams Would Extend Sam Bradford's Contract Now

Oct 18, 2014 3:40 PM

Sam Bradford has had an uneven NFL career, but the St. Louis Rams are committed to him as their quarterback.

Bradford's current deal doesn't run out until 2015 and he is owed $27 million.

Bradford wants to wait on a new deal for his production to merit big money.

"We have decided that Sam Bradford is our guy. If they came to us and wanted to do a contract extension right now, we'd do it in a minute," Rams' president Kevin Demoff told Mike Silver.
