'Beanie' Wells Scheduled To Visit Ravens

Ohio State running back Chris "Beanie" Wells is scheduled to meet with the Ravens on Tuesday. Wells is also rumored to have meetings set up with the Seahawks, Chargers, Cardinals, Bengals and the Broncos.

The Ravens have officially signed tight end L.J. Smith to a one-year contract. "I had the opportunity to be around L.J. for a number of years in Philadelphia, and there is a comfort level that we have with each other," Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh said. Smith has caught 231 passes for 2,525 yards and 18 touchdowns in 86 regular season games for the Eagles.

"He tries to bang down in the post. I'm not too small either, so I think I hold my own, but he's definitely got some game. "I actually had played at his house before, and I ran into one of the guys who said they needed some bodies. I'm always looking for a good game."
