Ravens running back Jamal Lewis will sit out the next two weeks because of a nagging hip injury.
Lewis has been bothered by a strained left hip flexor. He began training camp on the physically-unable-to-perform list after injuring himself running sprints in late July, but played in the first two preseason games.

McNair Produces TD For Ravens, Giants Rally For Victory
The first quarter belonged to Steve McNair, who produced a touchdown on his first series with the Ravens before sitting out the rest of the game.
McNair didn't get a win to savor, however, because the Giants dominated the fourth quarter and rallied for a 17-16 victory Friday night.
In his lone drive, McNair moved the Ravens 80 yards in 12 plays. He went 4-for-5 for 45 yards and ran for a 6-yard touchdown.
