Oklahoma has targeted Kliff Kingsbury as one of the potential replacements for Lincoln Riley.
Kingsbury previously coached in college for Texas Tech.
Kingsbury has one season remaining on his contract with the Arizona Cardinals.

Kyler Murray Feels 'Way Better,' Eyes Return
Kyler Murray said he hopes his sprained left ankle will be healthy enough for him to play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.
"I think it's day by day," Murray said. "I think we've got a great plan. I feel way better than I did when I talked to you last time, so, I think that's a plus and I'm excited."
Murray said he did not practice Wednesday, although the Arizona Cardinals went through a walk-through instead of a full-fledged practice, making that four practice days in a row that he's missed.
Murray missed Sunday's 31-17 win over the San Francisco 49ers, the first time he has missed a game in his NFL career.
Cardinals' Chase Edmonds Has High Ankle Sprain
Chase Edmonds has been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain and isn't expected to play for the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10.
The running back could miss multiple weeks with the injury.
The injury happened on the first offensive play of Arizona's 31-17 win against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
