The Vikings agreed to terms with first-round draft pick Chad Greenway on Thursday, assuring that all of their rookies will be in camp on time.
Greenway, a linebacker out of Iowa, agreed to a five-year deal the day Vikings rookies were due to be in Mankato for the team's training camp. Workouts begin for rookies and selected veterans on Friday, while most of the team will report Sunday evening.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dwight Smith Signs With Vikings
Standout free safety Dwight Smith who was released by the New Orleans Saints last Thursday, reached an agreement with the Minnesota Vikings on a three-year, $6.5 million contract on Tuesday.
The deal with Smith, who visited with Minnesota officials and coaches on Monday and Tuesday, reunites the five-year veteran with Vikings defensive coordinator Mike Tomlin, who was his secondary coach for four seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
"This is a great opportunity for a fresh start," Smith told The Associated Press. "I get to play with my old coach again. There are a bunch of great veterans already in the room. Hopefully I can be an addition that can help somewhere and I'm going to fit where needed."
Vikings, Bucs Pursuing Safety Dwight Smith
After being released by the New Orleans Saints last Thursday, standout free agent safety Dwight Smith visited with Minnesota Vikings coaches and team officials as his first step towards finding himself a new team.
The Vikings, who already have a Pro Bowl free safety in Darren Sharper, seem prepared to make accommodations to fit Smith into the lineup.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are also pursuing Smith.
No Raise Expected For Johnson
Vikings owner Zygi Wilf predicted Thursday that quarterback Brad Johnson will report to training camp happily and expressed no concerns about Johnson's contract status.
Johnson is scheduled to make $1.2 million this season, a figure that would make him the NFL's lowest-paid veteran starter. The Vikings have indicated no plans to raise that salary to league norms for quarterbacks.
A holdout is considered unlikely, but Johnson's agent, Phil Williams, repeatedly has declined to comment on the issue.
Vikings' WR Robinson Checks Into Rehab As Precaution
Vikings receiver Koren Robinson has always been considered a recovering alcoholic.
Many felt that this was reinforced when reports surfaced that Robinson voluntarily had checked himself into a rehabilitation facility.
Robinson, however, denies that he has entered rehab because he has suffered the stigma of alcoholism once again.
"People hear rehab and they say, 'Oh no, he has problems,' " Robinson said. "I'm not in rehab. I'm still doing good. I'm still not drinking. I'm still working out. I'm still Koren, the cheerful, happy guy you all saw last year."
Robinson has reiterated that he is merely attending relapse prevention classes in preparation for the start of the grueling NFL season.
Vikings' WR Koren Robinson: "I'm Still Good"
Minnesota receiver Koren Robinson knows he'll always be under scrutiny while living life as a recovering alcoholic. These last few days, however, have been a little over the top.
Reports surfaced late Thursday night that Robinson had voluntarily checked himself into a rehab facility to seek further treatment. The term "rehab facility" carries with it a certain stigma that led some to believe he could have suffered a relapse.
Nothing could be further from the truth, Robinson said Friday afternoon.
Korey Stringer's Father James Has Died
James Stringer, the father of the late Vikings lineman Korey Stringer, has died, his family said. He was 57.
James Stringer died of a heart attack Sunday at the Cleveland Clinic. He had been in the hospital since April because of illness, son Kevin Stringer said.
Korey Stringer, a Warren native who played college football at Ohio State, died from heatstroke during 2001 training camp with the Vikings.
