Giovani Bernard likely won't be in the lineup for the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11 against the New Orleans Saints.

Bernard hasn't played since injuring his hip in a Week 8 win over the Ravens, but the hope is that he will return against the Texans in Week 12, according to Albert Breer.

Jeremy Hill will continue to start for the Bengals at running back if Bernard is out.

Andy Dalton had a passer rating of 2.0, throwing for 86 yards in the Cincinnati Bengals' Thursday Night loss to the Cleveland Browns.

In addition to his poor play in this latest nationally-televised game, Dalton is now 2-9 with eight touchdowns and 14 interceptions in prime-time and playoff games throughout his career. He has a career 63.2 passer rating and 34.1 QBR in those games. 

"I'm joined at the hip with him. I understand that's the way it goes," said Hue Jackson. "I have not run from that. As he gets killed, I get killed. That's the way it goes. That's part of the business. 

"But I don't want us to think we're going to have an issue with Andy. We're not. We're going to coach Andy. We're going to help Andy get to where he needs to be. That's my job. We're going to coach him, continue to get him better, continue to grow."

A.J. Green participated in the Cincinnati Bengals' early-morning on practice and is widely expected to play in Week 9 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Green has missed the past three games recovering from a foot injury.

The Bengals have gone 1-1-1 without Green.
