Saints defensive end Bobby McCray was arrested early Tuesday and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Police spokesman Gary Flot says McCray, 28, was stopped by an officer who saw him speeding about 4:30 a.m.
He was booked into Orleans Parish Prison on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, careless operation of a motor vehicle and not having his vehicle registration with him.

Man Arrested For Fake Cowboys-Saints Tickets
Authorities have arrested a New York man wanted for selling counterfeit tickets.
They acted on a trip from the NFL.
Calvin E. Harris, 41, was spotted by officers on Bourbon Street as he attempted to sell tickets to the Dallas Cowboys-New Orleans Saints game Saturday night.
Authorities say they confiscated 17 fake tickets and $2,700 in cash from Harris, who was booked with illegal use of a counterfeit trademark.
Babineaux Smoking Marijuana While Driving Says Police
A police report says Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux was smoking marijuana as he and a friend drove through the northeast Atlanta suburbs.
The Gwinnett County police report says Babineaux picked up a friend at the Atlanta airport and took him to a nearby town house to buy marijuana. It says Babineaux repeatedly told police he didn't smoke, then admitted he had smoked from a marijuana blunt at least once.
Babineaux was arrested last week and charged with felony possession of marijuana. He started in Sunday's loss to New Orleans.
Babineaux: I'm Not Guilty Of Charges
Falcons defensive end Jonathan Babineaux says he's not guilty of felony marijuana possession.
Babineaux said in a statement Saturday that he and his family "have faith that you will see I'm not guilty."
He was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday night and charged with possession of 1 1/2 ounces of marijuana.
Patriots Mascot Arrested In Prostitution Sting
The man who played "Pat Patriot," the Patriots football team's mascot, has been arrested in a Rhode Island prostitution sting.
Robert Sormanti, 47, was one of more than a dozen people arrested, the Providence Journal's website reported Friday.
"The Patriot mascot costume is worn by multiple people. All are held responsible for their actions. The individual in question has been suspended," Patriots spokesman Stacey James said in a statement.
Babineaux Charged With Drug Possession
Falcons defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux was arrested on Thursday night for felony possession of marijuana.
Babineaux has been charged with 1 1/2 ounces of marijuana.
"I don't think it's going to be a distraction," Atlanta coach Mike Smith said. "This is a strong group of men in this locker room. We all have a job to do and we're going to go out and do it."
Babineaux, who has five sacks and two forced fumbles this season, practiced on Friday.
Merriman Sues Tila Tequila
Shawne Merriman is suing Tila Tequila, claiming she lied about claims Merriman beat her up back in September in an attempt to ruin his career.
In the lawsuit, filed in US District Court, Merriman claims Tila posted all sorts of lies on her website, including stories that Merriman "choked and attacked" her, "sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs," and that he manufactures drugs in his home.
Shawne also claims in the docs that Tila admitted her lying scheme, at one time stating, "yes that is why I did a 'spin' now ... cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me."
Suggs Receives Restraining Order
Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs has had a temporary restraining order placed against him.
The document was filed in District Court of Maryland on Friday.
Ravens spokesman Kevin Byrne said the team is "aware of the situation" and has "discussed the matter with Terrell."
Bernand Berrian Cited For Going 104 MPH
Vikings wide receiver Bernard Berrian was cited for going 104 miles per hour in a 60 mph zone on Friday.
He is the second Minnesota player to be caught going 100 mph this week. Adrian Peterson was cited for a similar offense earlier in the week.
Berrian has 38 receptions for 406 yards and four touchdowns this season.
Cromartie Cleared In Champagne Bottle Incident
Police indicated on Thursday that there was not enough evidence to prove Antonio Cromartie hit a man in the head with a champagne bottle hours after the team's victory at Denver.
pokeswoman Monica Munoz said Thursday the case will not be sent to the City Attorney's Office because the investigation found there was not enough evidence to prove a crime occurred.
Peterson Clocked At 109 MPH
Adrian Peterson was driving 109 in a 55-mph zone.
