The Tennessee Titans waived Adrian Peterson after three games with the team.

Peterson was signed as a replacement for Derrick Henry. 

Peterson split carries with D'Onta Foreman, Jeremy McNichols and Dontrell Hilliard. Peterson carried the ball 27 times for 82 yards and one touchdown in three games this season.

The Baltimore Ravens have released Le'Veon Bell.

Before the Ravens announced the move, Bell wrote on Twitter: "This hurts but it's been a blessing to be here to say the least. I've enjoyed every second of this short period and gotta whole new meaning of what this city is like & it's a great place to be. I appreciate Eric [DeCosta, Ravens GM] & John Harbaugh for the opportunity to be called [a] Raven."

Bell averaged a career-worst 2.7 yards per carry (83 yards on 31 attempts). He scored two touchdowns.

Odell Beckham Jr. has cleared waivers and will become a free agent for the first time in his career.

The Cleveland Browns released Beckham last week.

Odell Beckham Jr. and the Cleveland Browns have reached a settlement for the two parties to part ways.

The reworked contract is pending the NFLPA's approval, per sources.

As part of the settlement of the reworked contract before it is terminated, the Browns agreed to remove the final two years of Beckham's deal, meaning he now is scheduled to be a free agent after this season.

Any team that claims Beckham would inherit $7.25 million of salary for the remainder of the season.
