The San Diego Union-Tribune is reporting that Chargers' running back LaDainian Tomlinson will not need surgery on his left knee.
"It's just time," Tomlinson told the paper. "Most of these injuries, when you have a sprained MCL, it takes four weeks."
Tomlinson aggravated the injury on San Diego's first play from scrimmage on Sunday and remained on the sideline after a few more players.
