Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor will not appeal the five-game suspension handed down by the NFL last week, according to agent Drew Rosenhaus.
Rosenhaus said Tuesday that despite conflicting comments from Pryor and his attorney over the past week, there will be no appeal.
On Monday night in a live interview during "Monday Night Football" on ESPN, Pryor said that he would appeal the ban if that's what Raiders owner Al Davis wanted him to do.

Pryor Could Appeal Suspension After Draft
Former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor could appeal the five-game suspension levied against him by the NFL should he be chosen in next week's supplemental draft.
Pryor was part of a list distributed by the league of players who are eligible for the draft, but the NFL decided that he won't be allowed to practice for the team that selects him until Week 6.
He gave up his final season with the Buckeyes following an investigation into the team's memorabilia-for-cash scandal, which ultimately landed the school on probation and cost coach Jim Tressel his job.
Phillip Buchanon Suspended Four Games
Redskins cornerback Phillip Buchanon will be suspended for the first four games of the regular season.
Washington coach Mike Shanahan said the suspension was issued "a while back" from the NFL office.
The coach did not say why Buchanon was suspended or give any other details.
