Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor will not appeal the five-game suspension handed down by the NFL last week, according to agent Drew Rosenhaus. Rosenhaus said Tuesday that despite conflicting comments from Pryor and his attorney over the past week, there will be no appeal. On Monday night in a live interview during "Monday Night Football" on ESPN, Pryor said that he would appeal the ban if that's what Raiders owner Al Davis wanted him to do.
