Pacman Believes He's Done With Titans
Pacman Jones is confident that he's done with the Titans and he has already selected a number to wear for the Cowboys, according to ESPN.com.
"I really think my days being a Titan [are] over with," Jones told The Tennessean on Saturday. "I enjoyed my stay here. I just think my days as a Titan [are] over with."
Titans Sign Chris Carr To Offer Sheet
Restricted free agent cornerback/kick returner Chris Carr has signed an offer sheet from the Titans, as reported by the Associated Press.
The Raiders will have seven days to match the contract once they receive the sheet.
Titans' Guard Olson Announces Retirement
Titans' guard Benji Olson announced his retirement from football on Thursday after playing over 152 games in ten seasons, according to the Tennessean.
"In 25 years as a coach and player, Benji is one of the best pros I?ve ever been around," Hall of Famer Mike Munchak said Thursday. "No alibis, no excuses."
"It?s definitely a hard decision to step down and let go, but there are so many great friendships and so many great memories I?ve made over the years," Olson said. "It?s been real fun, a great ride."
He is the first player of statue to retire having played his entire career in Tennessee.
Dallas Increases Offer For Pacman
In addition to the offer of a 7th round pick for Pacman Jones, the Cowboys have also included a current player from their roster, a source has told SI.com.
Jones has two years remaining on his original five-year, $30 million deal, and the Cowboys want to redo that contract, likely to a one-year deal to protect their interests.
Agent: Titans' Haynesworth Skips Offseason Workouts
The Titans started their offseason program without DT Albert Haynesworth, as reported by the Associated Press.
The Titans designated Haynesworth as their franchise player February 20, but he is not under contract. The only way Haynesworth can take part would be to sign the tender worth $6.36M, which would be 120 percent of his salary for 2007.
Cowboys And Titans Talk Pacman Trade
According to a source, the Cowboys and Titans are having trade talks surrounding Pacman Jones.
Manubir Arora, Jones' agent, says the Patriots and Lions are also interested in his client.
Asked Jones' preference of a future team, Arora said, "Every kid grows up wanting to play for the Dallas Cowboys."
"We want to go to an established team with good infrastructure and leadership," Arora told Werder. "Both the Cowboys and Patriots have veteran coaches who have been through these kinds of things before, good player liaisons and mentoring, and if you have those things and a winning program, then I think all these problems go away.
"All of Adam's issues have been offseason issues, not team issues."

Titans running back LenDale White has been cited with destruction of property, disobedience to a lawful order/interference and resistance, according to an Associated Press report.
Police spokeswoman Sharon Hahn said Sunday that the 23-year-old Denver native was cited shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday. She didn?t have details of what led to the citation, which was first reported by KUSA-TV.
Titans, McCareins Agree To One-Year Deal
Justin McCareins and the Titans agreed to terms on a contract Wednesday, allowing the WR to return to Tennessee after spending the past four seasons with the Jets.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the Tennessean reported the deal was for one year with a base salary of $730,000.
McCareins Might Visit Other Teams
Wide receiver Justin McCareins might begin visiting other teams after failing to reach an agreement with the Titans, his former team, according to the Tennessean.
McCareins' agent claims that he would still prefer to re-join Tennessee.
"We'll see what happens this week. He may make another trip," agent Cliff Brady said. "We thought he had a great visit and it would be great for him to be there. But we'll have to see how things will work out ? We are definitely in no hurry to do anything. I wouldn't mind waiting a month, and I wouldn't mind getting it done tomorrow, given the right circumstances. We have two other teams that have called so we'll see."
