The Bears acquired defensive tackle Brian Brice in a trade with the Buccaneers today for an undisclosed 2013 draft pick.
Price was selected in the second round (35th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Buccaneers out of UCLA.
In 2011, he started 14 of 15 contests played registering 24 tackles (20 solo) and three sacks.

Buccaneers Backing Away From iPads As Playbook
The Buccaneers are scaling back their usage of iPads as training camp approaches.
Raheem Morris introduced the technology last season, but new coach Greg Schiano is more traditional.
Last week, JoeBucsFan.com asked rookie Najee Goode about using iPad technology this offseason.
"I haven't been around it yet," said Goode, who said he's only been using an old fashioned playbook.
Buccaneers Sign Mark Barron
The Buccaneers have signed first-round draft pick Mark Barron to a five-year contract.
The safety from Alabama was the seventh overall selection after helping the Crimson Tide win the BCS championship last season.
He's expected to become a starter for a team that allowed an NFL-high 494 points in 2011.
Barron Absent As Buccaneers Begin Rookie Camp
When Buccaneers rookies gathered Wednesday for a week of off-field work before training camp opens on July 27, first-round pick Mark Barron was absent.
Barron is Tampa Bay's only unsigned draft pick.
Look for the former Alabama star to ink a four-year contract with a fifth-year option. The base salary ($390,000) and $9 million signing bonus are no mystery.
Attorney: Bucs' Wright Won't Face DUI Charges
Buccaneers cornerback Eric Wright will not face charges after being arrested in Los Angeles for investigation of driving under the influence July 2, his attorney said Friday, according to an ESPN.com report.
Buccaneers Could Face $12M Dispute With County
The Buccaneers are dealing with a possible cash grab involving money that had been set aside by a public body.
Hillsborough County may try to reclaim $12 million that was set aside 16 years ago for the construction of a "first-class NFL practice facility."
According to Bill Varian of the Tampa Bay Times, county commissioners want to take back the money, which never has been used, and devote it to other projects.
"It's not the Buccaneers' money," County Commission chairman Ken Hagan said. "It's the taxpayers' money."
Faine: Buccaneers Were Right To Cut Me
Jeff Faine remains unemployed, but he insists the Buccaneers were thinking clearly when they released him in March.
"I can understand the decision. They made an investment in (free agent) Carl Nicks -- looking into the future and trying to build through youth -- and I think it was the right decision," the free-agent center told WQYK-AM in Tampa.
"I'm going to be playing for two, three more years, and they're looking to build something to last."
Faine, 31, complimented Buccaneers general manager Mark Dominik for his open communication prior to letting him go.
Former Buccaneer: Morris Had Wrong Style For Young Team
Jeff Faine, who started at center during the three years Raheem Morris coached the Buccaneers, doesn't believe the coach had the right approach with the young team.
"Coach Morris will be a head coach again, but he's gotta be a head coach of a very veteran team that can handle the style that he brings," Faine said on 1010 AM in Florida.
Faine added that new coach Greg Schiano's leadership style is "desperately needed" in Tampa Bay.
Barber Could Fill In For Wright With Buccaneers
The recent arrest of Eric Wright could have a ripple effect on Tampa Bay's secondary.
Tampa signed Wright to shore up the cornerback back position, but he might be suspended after a recent arrest for driving under the influence.
Because of that, the team might move veteran Ronde Barber back to cornerback if Wright is suspended for any period of time.
The team switched Barber to free safety this offseason in an effort to boost that position.
Eric Wright Arrested On DUI Charge
Buccaneers cornerback Eric Wright was arrested in Los Angeles on Monday for investigation of driving under the influence.
Police said he was involved in a crash near Staples Center.
The incident occurred about 12:20 a.m. PDT several blocks away from the Staples Center when the Mercedes SLS that Wright was driving rear-ended a pickup truck.
