Ravens Want To Assemble Offensive 'Dream Team' Around Kubiak

Gary Kubiak has become the favorite to become offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens.

Kubiak wants to bring former Houston Texans' offensive coordinator Rick Dennison, along with Kyle Shanahan.

The Ravens want to assemble their offensive coaching "dream team" with these hires.

Jim Caldwell departed as offensive coordinator of the Ravens to become head coach of the Detroit Lions.

The Ravens ranked 29th in total offense and 25th in scoring last season.

Lions Name Terryl Austin Defensive Coordinator

Terryl Austin will become defensive coordinator of the Detroit Lions.

Austin was previously secondary coach of the Baltimore Ravens.

Austin worked with Caldwell at Penn State and Wake Forest along with two seasons with the Ravens.

Jim Caldwell Hired By Lions As Head Coach

The Detroit Lions have hired Jim Caldwell as their head coach.

Caldwell was previously head coach of the Indianapolis Colts and most recently offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens.

Caldwell replaces Jim Schwartz, who failed to get the Lions into the playoffs in each of the past two seasons.
