He was freed July 9 after posting $10,000 bail, according to court records.

A second assault trial involving former Bengals' wide receiver Chris Henry has ended with prosecutors dropping the last charge against him, according to The Associated Press. Police have arrested a second man on charges of beating, abducting, and robbing Raiders' wide receiver Javon Walker in June, according to The Associated Press. Deshawn L. Thomas, 40, was arrested on Monday in Las Vegas and held without bail at the Clark County jail. Walker was found unconscious on a side street near the Las Vegas Strip shortly after dawn June 16, according to police. He was hospitalized for two days with facial injuries and a concussion and told investigators that about $3,000 in cash and $100,000 worth of jewelry were taken.

Seahawks' linebacker Lofa Tatupu has pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence, according to The Associated Press. After his plea on Monday, Tatupu was sentenced by a Kirkland Municipal Court Judge to serve one day in jail and pay fines totaling $1,255.
