The Eagles have sued Terrell Owens for bonus money he has not repaid the team, according to an Associated Press report.
The suit for nearly $770,000 was filed in U.S. District Court on Monday. Owens lost in arbitration earlier this year, a ruling calling him to repay $1.7M in bonuses the Eagles paid him in 2004 and ?05.

Police: Suspect Extorted Pacman
Adam Jones paid extortion money to a 29-year old man arrested in the Las Vegas strip club shooting he was linked to, according to the Tennessean.
A police report obtained on Monday said that the man used go-betweens to reach Jones, who paid him $15,000 in two installments shortly after the shooting.
The report also claims that Jones gave various amounts of money to other parties involved since the incident.
Seahawks' Bernard Arrested
Seahawks' DT Rocky Bernard on Monday was arrested after a woman reported that the 6-3, 308-pounder hit her at a nightclub, according to a report in the Seattle Times.
Bernard, 29, was arrested Monday and booked into the King County Jail for investigation of domestic violence assault, which is a misdemeanor.
Colts' RB Keith Arrested Outside Night Club
Colts' running back Kenyon Keith was arrested outside a local night club early Sunday morning after refusing to leave the establishment, according to the Indianapolis Star.
The incident took place outside Cloud 9 night club, the very same place where the NBA's Indiana Pacers were involved in an altercation previously.
According to the police report, Keith "kept hollering that he was a Colts' player, he wasn't doing anything wrong, and he would leave when he was ready."
Attorney: Pacman Now Wants Closure
Titans' cornerback Pacman Jones is happy that an arrest has been made in the Las Vegas strip club shooting that led to his NFL suspension, according to The Tennessean.
His attorney also said that Jones is hoping for closure as the NFL Draft nears and so do the chances of Jones being both reinstated and traded away from Tennessee.
The attorney claims that Jones has cooperated with authorities but wouldn't reveal how often he has met with police.
"All we can say is Adam has cooperated with the authorities since the beginning, and if our cooperation has helped in apprehending the proper party then we are very satisfied," attorney Manny Arora said. "Hopefully, now the attention will be focused on the victims who suffered in this case as well as the people that perpetrated the crime, and Adam can get back to having some privacy and move past this."
Pacman To File For NFL Return On Tuesday
Suspended Titans; cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones will again ask Commissioner Roger Goodell to reinstate him, with his agent planning to send in his latest request on Tuesday.
Jones had planned to ask to be reinstated before the NFL draft on April 26-27. His agent Manny Arora said that being able to work out for teams would increase Jones' appeal to those in the market for a cornerback.
The Dallas Morning News and The (Fort Worth) Star-Telegram first reported that Arora said Jones, suspended indefinitely following several run-ins with the law, would file for reinstatement on Tuesday.
Steelers' Davenport Acquitted On Charges
Steelers' running back Najeh Davenport was acquitted of a misdemeanor domestic violence charge Wednesday in Cleveland Municipal Court, as reported by the Associated Press.
Davenport had been accused of slapping and punching Anita Person, the mother of his 5-year-old son.
Ex-Viking' Eller Arrested
Former Vikings' great Carl Eller was arrested after he refused to give a breath test for drunken driving early Wednesday, as reported by the Associated Press.
The 66-year-old Eller was jailed about 2 a.m. on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, fleeing police, and assaulting a police officer.
The report said police stopped Eller?s vehicle, and Eller punched at least one officer.
The officer later received medical treatment for bruises. Injuries to another officer were identified as minor.
Police scheduled a news conference later Wednesday.
Former Browns' Radio Announcer Gib Shanley Dies
Gib Shanley, the radio voice of the Cleveland Browns from 1961 to 1984, died Sunday. He was 76.
Shanley died at a Cleveland hospital, said Steve Ripepi, president of A. Ripepi & Sons Funeral Homes, which is handling funeral arrangements. A cause of death wasn?t immediately released, according to an Associated Press report.

Cleveland defensive back Kenny Wright faces charges after a disturbance outside a police station, according to the Associated Press.
He was released from jail after being arrested for a disturbance outside a police station.
Wright was charged with unlawful restraint, evading arrest, and possessing marijuana.
