The Green Bay Packers have placed Davante Adams on the COVID-19 list. 

Adams has caught 52 passes for 744 yards and three touchdowns through seven games this season.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire has suffered a sprained MCL and will miss multiple weeks.

Edwards-Helaire was carried off the field during the Kansas City Chiefs' Week 5 loss to the Buffalo Bills. 

Edwards-Helaire has rushed 65 times for 304 yards this season.

JuJu Smith-Schuster will undergo season-ending surgery on his shoulder.

Smith-Schuster suffered a dislocation of the shoulder and the surgery will require a four-month recovery.

Smith-Schuster caught 15 balls for 129 yards through five games this season. Smith-Schuser's production has fallen dramatically since his first two seasons in the NFL.

George Kittle has been placed on injured reserve, ruling him out for at least three games due to a calf injury.

Kittle has been playing through the injury since suffering it in Week 1 against the Detroit Lions.

Kittle ranks second on the 49ers with 19 receptions and 227 yards this season. Kittle has missed time with injuries in each of the past three seasons. 

Russell Wilson is expected to miss four to eight weeks after undergoing surgery on a ruptured tendon in the middle finger of his right hand.

The decision to have surgery was made with Wilson's long-term health in mind.

Wilson's streak of 149 consecutive stars will come to an end. Wilson has played through some notable injuries, including a sprained ankle and sprained MCL in 2016.

The Seahawks will start Geno Smith in place of Wilson.

The Tennessee Titans will be without A.J. Brown and Julio Jones for their Week 4 game against the New York Jets.

Both Brown and Jones suffered hamstring injuries last week.

Second-year wideout Nick Westbrook-Ikhine will be leaned upon to step in for the injured Brown and Jones.
