Kenny Britt has agreed to a one-year, $1.4 million deal with the St. Louis Rams.

Britt's deal could increase to $2.9 million with incentives.

"My job as GM is to do my due diligence and make sure that whatever it is, it's the right thing. And that's just what we are trying to do. We'll see where it goes. There is no real timetable, but I will say this: I know for Chris' sake I would like to make it work sooner rather than later."

Michael Oher has signed a four-year, $20 million with the Tennessee Titans.

Oher will receive $9.5 million in guarantees.

Oher will fill the vacancy at tackle left by the release of David Stewart.

Chris Johnson is willing to accept a pay cut to help facilitate a trade from the Tennessee Titans.

Johnson is unwilling to take a pay cut on his $8 million salary to remain with the Titans.

The Tennessee Titans have agreed upon a three-year, $12 million deal with Dexter McCluster.

McCluster will receive $4.5 million in guarantees.
