Kurt Warner and the Cardinals were unable to secure a deal before he became a free agent and his agent is saying whether or not he will meet with other teams.
"I really don't want to get into the specifics with that," Mark Bartelstein said. "Obviously, people are calling."
Warner's agent has had in-depth conversations with San Francisco 49ers officials, a source told Len Pasquarelli of ESPN.com.

49ers Have $25M In Cap Room
The San Francisco 49ers have an estimated $25 million of salary cap room.
"We're going to be in the top six or seven in the league in cap space. But that doesn't mean we're going to blow it on two or three guys and just to do it," Scott McCloughan said. "We're going to identify what makes us better. And then we're going to take care of our own."
T.J. To Eagles, Dolphins, 49ers Or Ravens?
T.J. Houshmandzadeh's time in Cincinnati appears to be drawing to a close, and a number of teams are expected to show interest in the wide receiver.
Seattle, San Francisco, Tennessee, Baltimore, Miami and Philadelphia are said to be in need of a top-flight receiver.
49ers Actually Not Interested In Vick
Coach Mike Singletary did not express interest in acquiring Michael Vick during a question-and-answer session with reporters following a state-of-the-franchise event Monday in San Mateo. But Singletary created plenty of intrigue when he also did not rule out Vick as an option.
"The 49ers are not interested in Michael Vick," said a team spokesman Tuesday evening.
Team insiders have said for several weeks that 49ers general manager Scot McCloughan does not consider Vick a viable option for the team's future.
49ers To Change Uniforms, 80's Style Expected
The 49ers announced on Tuesday that there will be a uniform change for the 2009 season.
The concept of throwback-style uniforms has been discussed for several seasons. The new design will be on display at the 49ers draft day event on April 25, the club announced.
49ers Interested In Vick?
A handful of teams have come out and said that they aren't interested in quarterback Michael Vick, but the 49ers refuse to reveal their position.
"I'm not going to say I'm open or closed," said coach Mike Singletary. "I'd say it has to be something [General Manager] Scot [McCloughan] and I talk about and feel good about one way or the other. But we have not talked about it at this point in great detail. We"re trying to focus on what we have."
San Francisco president Jed York has said that Vick is someone that they'll talk about.
"We'd talk about it," York said. "If they felt it was right for the team, and convince me and my parents . . . it's up to them to show that somebody who's had issues in the past can be a part of this team. But that's not something we've discussed, and I doubt that would happen."

Martz Believes NFL Is Trying To Blackball Him
Mike Martz believe the NFL is trying to blackball him.
?People are determined to keep me out of the league," said Martz. "It?s been going on for three years and at this point, I can?t fight it. I just can?t fight it. Three years of people putting it out there that I?m a high-maintenance lunatic.
?I keep asking, ?Who says these things?? No one will tell you. But I just put two and two together. But when you have a tag and the same damaging things get said two or three times it becomes very hard to shake that tag.?
