The Bengals activated wide receiver Chris Henry on Friday, making him available for Sunday's game with the Falcons.
Henry had been benched by the Bengals for one game and suspended by the NFL for two more for violating the league's personal conduct and substance abuse policies. He has been arrested four times since December.

Warrick Works Out For Bengals
The Bengals worked out former No. 1 draft pick and wide receiver Peter Warrick this week, but Lewis would not say if the team plans on re-signing the player chosen fourth overall in the 2000 draft.
"The workout was fine. Whether we sign him or not is my business, right?" Lewis said. "We didn't bring Peter in to necessarily sign him this week."
Bengals Activate Chris Perry
Bengals running back Chris Perry, who sat out the first five games of the season with ankle and knee injuries, was activated.
Perry, who often is used in passing situations, rejoined the team in practice this week and could have an important role in Week 7 against Carolina (4-2) since three Bengals receivers are sidelined by injury or suspension.
Palmer's Agent Suspended By NFLPA
A two-year suspension by the NFL Players Association has been given to David Dunn, who represents Cincinnati quarterback Carson Palmer and dozens of other NFL players.
The punishment is based in part on his testimony in a trial against Leigh Steinberg, in which a federal jury in Los Angeles found that Dunn competed unfairly against Steinberg, his former business partner.
Shortly after that 2002 trial, the players' union had suspended Dunn for two years, but he filed for bankruptcy, which put on hold all administrative actions against him.
The latest suspension, which is subject to appeal, would not prohibit his firm from retaining NFL clients, although Dunn could not receive any part of a player's fee.
NFL Suspends Bengals' Henry Two-Games
Bengals receiver Chris Henry received a two-game suspension Friday from the NFL for violating its conduct and substance abuse policies, making him the second Cincinnati player suspended this season for misconduct.
The second-year receiver also was fined $20,000 by the league. The Bengals have their bye this weekend, so Henry will sit out games against Tampa Bay and Carolina later this month.
Lewis Notices Difference In Bengals' Behavior Without Henry
Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said Chris Henry sat as much for on-field reasons as any off-field matter.
Asked at his Monday news conference if he noticed any difference without Henry on the field, Lewis said, "I did notice a difference, actually.
"I didn't have anybody taunting, in anybody's face or anything like that. That's where I noticed the difference: Guys doing it the way they're asked to do it. I didn't have to worry about the guy taking off his helmet on the field and things like that."
